Back Pain Massages

Back pain massages may provide added comfort, however, if the curvature of your spine is unhealthy there is virtually no massage that can align your back correctly.  Aligning the curvature of the spine, to a healthy curvature, requires appropriate techniques.

There are,however, benefits to massages, whether your back has a healthy curvature or not.  As you go about your day-to-day activities, the process of converting food into energy produces a certain amount of waste in the form of uric and lactic acids.

These acids, or wastes, flow through the muscles into the blood stream then are removed from the body.  If your muscles are tense or you experience little use of the muscles, it's difficult for the waste to flow through the muscles and out into the blood stream.  As a result, the acids build up and make your muscles ache.

Getting back pain massages can help push fluid through the muscles, forcing the acids that are storing up, to flow out into the blood stream.  You can also help this process by drinking plenty of pure, clean water.  Staying hydrated increases blood volume and that improves circulation; therefore, drinking some eight glasses of water daily is imperative.

We recommend that you get massages, drink plenty of water and do the appropriate exercise to develop a healthy curvature of your spine.
