The Cause of Lower Back Pain
The cause of lower back pain is usually fatigue of the muscles due to bad posture. Bad posture is usually derived from bad habits taking place over a period of time. Correcting your posture takes awareness, a thinking process must take place before your brain tells you to make any needed corrections. Correcting the bad habits require effort, however, it's also important to know what bad posture habits to correct and why. I suffered from a serious back injury several years ago, my back was broken. Over the course of several months, meeting with numerous doctors and chiropractors, not one medical personnel could give me specific advice to get me from an abnormal back to a perfectly healthy back...UNTIL I was introduced to a unique Japanese doctor. This Japanese doctor had developed a unique back therapy program based on over 900,000 case studies. I was admitted to his clinic as a patient and student. This Japanese doctor, through his therapy program, restored by back to normal health and taught me how to maintain a healthy back for the rest of my life. The Japanese doctor revealed the root cause of lower back pain is ultimately related to the abnormal curvature and twisting of the spine. If the spine is in its healthy curvature, free of twists, back pain should be eliminated. It's so simple yet so profound. The challenge is ultimately, how to get a spine to a normal and healthy curvature. This Japanese doctor showed that the cause of lower back pain is from a bad supportive foundation upon which the spine rests. If the foundation is correct, the "building" or spine will result in its healthy curvature. If the spine has abnormal curvature then the muscles receive undue stress, causing fatigue, yielding various amounts of pain. It's possible to force the spine back into a "somewhat normal position"; however, the forcing does not necessarily fix the foundation upon which the spine rests. And, if a vertebrae is forced back into place, it's likely to move out again. It's necessary to get the spine in its correct normal curvature, build up the existing muscles, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Excess body weight ads to the cause of lower back pain. It totally makes sense. If ones stomach is budging out, it simply throws a person off their center of gravity; therefore, a person must compensate their posture in order to stand up in a horizontal fashion. This creates additional stress on lower back muscles. This additional weight also ads stress on the skeletal structure, or spine, creating the potential ability to "throw-out" ones back. It took me several doctor visits and months to learn the cause of lower back pain,. For me, understanding the cause helped me in the recovery process of a broken back. You too can learn about the cause of lower back pain and it's remedies.
