Daily Exercises...
The Correct Ones To Promote Health

I engage in daily exercises to maintain a healthy back, a healthy lifestyle and the freedom to participate in sporting activities that I so choose. You see, at one time it appeared as if I'd never live a healthy lifestyle again. I was involved in a near fatal accident that left me with a broken back and constant excruciating pain.

Thank goodness to some good old perseverance and friends, I was able to fully recover from a serious back ailment. And now I engage in any physical activity I so desire. One of the most important is daily exercises.

To maintain a healthy back and lifestyle it's imperative to participate in a regular daily exercises. It's also critical to do the exercises correctly or you could very well injure your back. I pay particular attention to each exercise, how I position my entire body, so as not to injure my back or put unnecessary strain on body components.

If you aren't following an exercise program, there are plenty of books on the market that can show you the proper techniques. I follow the "Body for Life" principles. (You can pick up this book at most bookstores.) The main essence is that you get into a good exercise program. If you cannot join a gym, then exercise the old fashion way. Do some gardening, take walks, chop wood, cut the grass, do push-ups, sit-ups, etc. There's really no excuse and money is not a factor. Most everyone can engage in some physical daily exercise, even if it means isometrics.

If you're experiencing a back ailment you'll want to do some corrective exercises to naturally align your back. I follow Dr. Isogai's proven techniques to promote a healthy back. (After-all, it was his techniques that promoted me back to a healthy lifestyle.) Dr. Isogai's techniques are fabulous for daily exercises. Not only will you maintain a healthy back but you can improve in muscle tone, lose weight, and stimulate a healthy heart. This can only happen if you engage in the techniques. And you don't need to wait until your health deteriorates before you start engaging in these healthy techniques.
