Low Back Pain Relief
If you're one looking for that low back pain relief here's a little trick that may help you. Place a rolled up towel under your back while lying face up on the floor.I learned this little technique while I was undergoing back therapy with a Japanese doctor. I was involved in a near fatal boating accident that left me with a broken back and a host of back related ailments. In simple terms, I was "washed up". My life literally stopped as I completely focused on regaining my health. This little lumbar exercise is great for that low back pain relief. Get a bathroom towel, preferable one that is thin, not those big fluffy ones. Fold it lengthwise then roll it to a diameter of no more than 4 inches. Lie flat on your back, raise your knees keeping your feet flat on the floor and arch your back. Place the Lumbar Support, the rolled towel, under your back approximately where your naval is located. Lower your back onto the Lumbar Support gradually stretching out your legs until you're completely horizontal and totally relaxed. Do this exercise for no more than 15-minutes. Upon completion, arch your back again, pull out the Lumbar Support and lower your legs again until you're lying completely flat. Relax for a couple of minutes before getting up. This exercise is great for stretching out the lumbar section of the back and helping with that lower back pain.
